Thao Le is a Vietnam-born entrepreneur and author based in New York, raised in a family that ran a 30-year FMCG import–export business supplying consumer goods across Vietnam. Thao is the author of The Elite Game and has served as a former visiting lecturer at the University of Economics and Finance in Ho Chi Minh City, where she taught critical thinking.

Her philanthropic work includes raising more than $40,000 to support rural schools and infrastructure.
